This story is however different from many other stories of split families in that Dominique fled to Cambodia not to escape from Mark but after years of stress, threats and attacks from an international microbiology company, the French company Biomerieux. This well documented history led to the loss of Mark and Dominiques company, property, health, marriage and ultimately led to Dominique wishing to be as far away as possible.

Mark began his fight back to be reunited with his son three years ago. Mark traveled to America and protested outside Biomerieux North American HO for 5 months. Returning to the UK Mark sat outside Downing street for 11 days and night. Mark is now walking from London to Middlesbrough 320 miles then back to London another 320 miles bring awareness to his family’s plight..

We are asking for signatures for a petition of 100 000 people in the UK this will stimulate debate in the house of commons/parliament and we have been promised political support. The presses in the UK are beginning to write and people all around the UK are collecting signatures. A father who will not quit, who lost all is asking only help to have his son back. A march of love which has spanned the world.

We, the under signed request an action be taken by the UK government to support the Englishman in being reunited safely with his son Edward.

The separation was caused by Biomeriuex a French based company. Ed Miliband labour leader has been written to by Middlesbrough MP tom Blenkinsop and he and his team have had now 7 meetings inside 9 weeks. And to date his response " nothing ". We ask him, and the UK government where is Mark's support and the support for his MP. This help is needed NOW.
